I almost wrote a glowing review about my stay, but the horrible stench of cigars, yes cigars, and garbage piles ruined it. Also, is it too much to expect a complimentary coffee in the room? I had to fend for myself.

Y'all, the staff here are just the sweetest! They accommodated our every need, even when we checked in early. The room was spotless, and I loved the microwave and fridge. Plus, parking right outside our door made things easy-peasy. The atmosphere felt so homelike. Just wish the floors were a bit cleaner!

Room was super clean, and I loved the comfy mattress. Strong Wi-Fi made my stay even better!

There is no breakfast or vending machines-just a lack of basic amenities that makes it feel bare-bones. The WiFi quality is underwhelming, and the noise from other tenants can disrupt your peace. The continual uptick in room rates during our stay created a sense of frustration, even though we didn't raise any complaints.

The staff made us feel right at home, even accommodating our service dog. We also loved that it was close to local parks, which was perfect for our family strolls and keeping the kids entertained during our stay.

The room was very nice and clean. It was pet-friendly! We were able to sleep well, which was a relief during the evacuation from the hurricane. The staff were professional, yet super helpful, making the whole experience much easier. It felt like a motel with a heart, very welcoming and calming after a stressful situation.

It was just a great fit for taking strolls in Lake City with value for money. The room had a functioning refrigerator, which made things easier for snacks. Make sure to ask about any extra amenities provided during your stay.

Rooms are all ground level, which is convenient for access. The hotel provides ample parking and is within walking distance of several dining options. However, cleanliness leaves much to be desired, as carpets seem stained and common areas could use an update.
